We offer a range of merit-based partial scholarships to current and prospective students from Years 7 to 12. Whether you are already a student at John Paul College or attending a different school we encourage you to apply for this wonderful opportunity.
Year 7 Academic Excellence Scholarships are awarded to students enrolled to enter Year 7.
The scholarship covers a percentage of the academic tuition fee. Recipients are selected based on an entrance examination and their active participation in the life of their primary school.
The year prior to a Year 7 student's entry year, the College will provide families with a Scholarship Application Form.

Year 8-12 Academic Excellence Scholarships are available to all current students - no application is required. The scholarship will cover a percentage of the academic tuition fee. The student’s current academic record will be the major criterion for selection as well as their contributions to the College community.
Academic Excellence Scholarships are open to external students from Years 8 to 12.
The scholarship will cover up to 50% of the student’s tuition fee. To be successful the student must demonstrate a strong academic record and involvement in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities at their current school and/or in the wider community. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by the Principal.

John Paul College annually offers music scholarships to high performing students who show outstanding potential on a musical instrument of their choice. Instruments offered are: Voice (Singing), Piano/Keyboard, Guitar (Electric and Acoustic), Bass Guitar and Drumkit.
