John Paul College is committed to offering a Catholic Education at a very affordable price for the children of families in our region. Whilst the College receives State and Commonwealth funding, this funding is insufficient to meet the costs of operating, maintaining and improving facilities at the school. School fees are payable by parents to meet this shortfall.
School Fees are set by the College Board and parents are advised in November of the following year’s costs.
School fees are essential to delivering an enriching, holistic educational experience. Your fees directly support high-quality learning programs, modern facilities, and resources including library books, class notes, art materials and a vibrant extracurricular program for every student.

School fees and charges will be applied to your school fee account in January and a statement will be issued via email each month. School fees and charges are subject to change as approved by the School Advisory Council.

John Paul College has a commitment to assist families in meeting the costs of secondary education. This includes assistance to those families whose circumstances prevent them from meeting the full cost of fees. In the interests of fairness to full fee paying families, assistance is means tested. If you wish to enrol your child at John Paul College, but believe you are unable to meet the financial commitment involved, please make an appointment through the Finance Office to discuss your circumstances with the Business Manager. Matters raised will be treated with respect and dignity.
VET courses are conducted by external course providers and fees for these courses are in addition to those of John Paul College. Transportation and material costs are payable in addition to the John Paul College VET fee. Charges will be made to your account once the information has been provided to the College. Should your child withdraw from the course or leave the school after the cut off date, the full year's fees will remain payable by you.
