On Thursday 9 May, the College hosted a Mother's Day Breakfast to celebrate and recognise the mothers, grandmothers and female mentors in our College community. It was a lovely morning filled with pastries, flowers and lots of love. We express our appreciation to all the families who joined us in commemorating this meaningful occasion with John Paul College.
The College was thrilled to have Jaquelyn Thatcher-Brady, a distinguished alumna from the Class of 1988 and the founder of BE. HEALTH, as our honoured guest speaker for our recent Mother's Day Breakfast event!
Jaquelyn, with her rich experience in entrepreneurship, writing, and media, delivered an engaging and uplifting speech to our parents and students. She shared insights from her personal journey, reflecting on her time at John Paul College and the valuable lessons learned along the way. From the supportive environment provided by the school to embracing risk-taking and navigating the ups and downs of life, Jaquelyn's message resonated deeply with our community, inspiring us to embrace the joys and challenges of motherhood with courage and enthusiasm.
