Student Collection and Late to School Procedure

Late to School Procedure 

Students arriving after 8:30am are required to sign in at Student Services. Parents can inform the college of their Child/ren’s lateness by:

• Sending a note with their Child/ren
• Sending an SMS to Attendance on 0499 377 423
• Entering on PAM 
• Phoning Student Services

Early Dismissal Procedure

Students may only leave the College before normal dismissal time with the authorisation of a Parent or Guardian. Parents can inform the college of their Child/ren’s departure from school via the following protocols: -

• PAM – enter the leaving time & reason for early collection 
• Send an SMS to Attendance on 0499 377 423
• Students can bring a signed note to Student Services at the at the start of the day stating the reason and time of the collection with the name of the responsible adult collecting, if it is not the Parent/Guardian
• Parents can phone Student Services at the start of the school day or as close as possible; to advise the time they wish to collect their student. 
   

Student wanting to leave school due to illness must present to the Health Centre. The School Nurse will contact parents if necessary.
