Students across all year levels took part in exciting celebrations for Maths Week with a range of engaging and challenging activities. Throughout the week, lunchtime events such as the Π (Pi) Challenge, Rubik's Cube Challenge, and Chess Competition allowed students to test their memory, speed, and strategic thinking in a fun and competitive environment.
Students also participated in orienteering exercises and digital breakout maths problems, encouraging them to apply their mathematical skills in dynamic and creative ways. The week also featured the popular Worlds of Maths incursion, where students explored real-world applications of mathematical concepts. Many students also took on the challenge of the Australian Maths Competition, a prestigious event designed to push their problem-solving abilities.
The College enjoyed a week filled with fun, teamwork, and learning, as students discovered new ways to connect with maths.
