John Paul College is delighted to celebrate the achievements of our talented students in both the Science Talent Search and the Australian Mathematics Competition.
In the 73rd annual Science Talent Search competition, themed ‘Species Survival – More Than Just Sustainability,’ we proudly acknowledge the creative and innovative efforts of Layla D (Year 9), Denzel O (Year 7), and Eleanor M (Year 7). Layla received a Distinction Certificate for her creative writing piece, A Chronicle of a Resilient Species, while Denzel was awarded a Merit Certificate for his inventive computer program, Life in Particles.
We also extend our congratulations to Hayley K (Year 8) for her outstanding performance in the Australian Mathematics Competition, where she earned a Distinction and was recognised as Best in School. This prestigious competition, the longest-running and largest Math contest in Australia, challenges students with unique, problem-solving questions designed by top educators.
We applaud all our students who participated for their dedication and hard work.
