The College’s Units 3 and 4 Outdoor and Environmental Studies students embarked on a 4-day journey along the Murray River. Students paddled 51km from Barmah to Echuca, learning about the recreational, conservational and economic relationships people have with the Murray River. Students also reflected on the relationship and connection the traditional owners, the Yorta Yorta people, continue to have with the environment. Students should be commended on the teamwork, resilience and leadership they demonstrated on the trip.
